Steve has been in pastoral ministry since 1985. He has been the lead pastor at five churches in the Midwest (USA). Currently, he serves as pastor of Community Foursquare Chapel in Ottawa, KS.

His emphasis in pastoral ministry is fivefold:

• Ministering holistically to the congregation – body, soul, and spirit – through teaching, discipleship, and Spirit-empowered personal ministry.
• Facilitating the biblical revelation of the Body of Christ – helping each member find and fulfill their spiritual gifts and God-given purpose.
• Reinforcing the freedom Christians have in Jesus – through clearly showing that legalism and grace cannot work together.
• Modeling Discipleship, worship, prayer, and Bible study as the foundation of strong spiritual lives.
• Teaching and practicing spiritual warfare to find lasting transformation and spiritual freedom.

Steve’s personal philosophy of teaching is:
